Step 2: Choose the Sample Closest to Your Workplace
Are you working on a construction site? Use the construction risk assessment.
Working in a factory? Start with the manufacturing sample.
This allows you to:
- Relate real hazards to your own workplace

Step 3: Customize, Don’t Copy
NEBOSH checks for originality. If you copy word-for-word, your work may be flagged or failed.
Instead:
- Use the sample to understand how to write each row

- Replace control measures with ones used at your site

Bad Example:

Good Example (from my sample):
